Product policy

All candles, wax melts, and home fragrance products are handcrafted in small batches using natural wax blends and fragrance oils. Due to the handmade nature of our products, a slight variation in color, design, fragrance strength, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Sales policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange on used candles, melt wax, or custom-made products.

If your order arrives damaged, defected, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and packaging. We will review the order and determine replacement, store creditor refund is appropriate.

Candle Care and Safety

-Trim the wick to 1/4 before lighting the candle

-Burn no longer than 1-4 hours in a burn period.

-Never leave burning candles unattended.

-Burn on a heat resistance surface and away from flammable objects.

-Make sure that the candle is not near blowing vents or under a ceiling fan,

- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

-Avoid burning for longer than 2-3 hours

Returns or exchange

In the event of encountering concerns with your order, please contact the seller.
Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or accept returns on used candles.
In the event of shipping damage, kindly submit evidence of the item within 7 days of delivery. If the item is unused. We will replace or refund your order.
